Turnaround
When you need a turnaround or revision stop to carry out extensive maintenance, modifications, improvements and inspections, we have the experience to execute multiple turnaround projects of varying degrees of complexity. Our turnarounds are executed by experienced teams of project managers and field supervisors, who expect the unexpected and solve problems to improve quality and productivity. We ensure that turnarounds are completed safely, within budget and on schedule.
Pipe Fabrication
If you need fabrication, we provide custom piping fabrication, shop fabrication, tank fabrication and structure fabrication. Our welders perform welding services on all grades of stainless steel, carbon steel, high- and low-temperature alloys and exotic metals.
Shutdowns
With our many years of experience, we are confident that we can provide the best field services from start to finish. Field service teams are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to handle unplanned repair and maintenance needs. We can mobilize quickly to get your operations up and running as soon as possible.
Exchangers
We work on: heat exchangers, boilers, pressure vessels, towers, drums and duct work.
Our services include: blind-to-blind, field repair, shell repair, crack repair, on-site emergency repair, stacks repair, nozzle replacement, aerial bundle extraction, re-tubing, re-rating and hydro-testing.
Welding
All our welding work, whether at the shop or in the field, uses Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and welders and welding operators with a Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ) in accordance with Section IX of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Code.
We handle structural welding, pipe welding, underwater welding, robotic welding and pressure piping and vessel welding in accordance with the requirements of NBIC, ISO, ASME, AWS (American Welding Society), API (American Petroleum Institute, British (BS) and European (EN) standards.
